Reservation Policy

I have read and accept the conditions reported in the rates reserved.

02 CHILDREN UP TO 12 YEARS FOR APARTMENT: FREE.
Check-in from 14h and check out by noon.
Early check-in and late check-out upon availability.
In case of no-show, will be charged the first daily.
Cancellation Deadline: 15 days before check-in.
After these deadlines will not be refunded the charged values.
Debt total booking to the credit card, which can be subdivided up to 6x without interest. Upon receipt of the data buffer, the dept of reservations send via email a debit card in the form, which should be completed and submitted along with double-sided copying the ID and the card. This form authorizes the hotel to make IMMEDIATELY debt on the card, for completion and effective booking confirmation.
In case of bank deposit, send deposit slip in up to 3 working days before the arrival date.

Cancellation policy
15 days before check-in. After these deadlines will not be refunded the charged values. "NO SHOW" (not show): We do refund of the amount paid by discounting the value of a daily. In case of payment by credit card, also will discount 5% of the total amount refers to the interest charged by the card provider. In case of no-show in periods of high season (New Year's Eve, January and Carnival), the amount paid will not be refunded.
